One more thing to share
November 24th, 2007 | Author: Mary
A little more sewing after Keith and Chesty went to bed. My trees are a little lame but I was trying to capture the day we spent by Lake Oconee. (The view that inspired me.) The other postcards from my journal project can be seen in my online album.

Books I’m reading

I really like your postcard. I think the trees are great. I’ll be trying that type of sewing on my landscape soon so I’m interested to see how other people do it.
I really like this one Mary!! I think the trees are whimsical and PERFECT!!! The blues are perfect!

I’m impressed that you even are doing landscapes. It looks good, not lame at all. Don’t be so tough on yourself. Tink of it this way it is not only a landscape but a miniature one at that!!!!! Want my mailing address?
Very beautiful postcard. The rolling quilting emphasizes the motion of the trees in the wind…I like it!!

Looks great and I think you did a great job of capturing the image in the photo. I like your trees too!!
I think it looks great! You did a good job of capturing the essence of the photograph, and that’s the point, right?
Do I get one of these????
Yeah, I know, I ask the same thing every time. So you should just make me one each time…then I on’t have to pester you
Love the postcard and the trees are wonderful.
