Weight Loss Wednesday

I posted my 1/2 week results on Sunday and am pleased that I’ve lost 7.4 lbs in 4 weeks. Other than trying to watch what I eat, drinking lots of water and increasing the amount of walking and biking I do has helped.

I did manage to meet my exercise goal for the week before leaving on Monday morning which is good because there won’t be much going on while I’m gone.

    Good for you. I’ve been trying and trying and not getting anywhere…BIG SIGH. I shoulda never let myself put on those lbs!!! Keep up your hard work.

    Great job, Mary! I too made my goal for the week and then some. I lost 3 lbs. this week on Jenny, for a total of 15 lbs in 7 or 8 weeks (I’ve lost count..). I sure am starting to feel better. How about you? Let’s keep it up!
