Making up for lost time
A second top loaded and quilted today - pieced by San (Gypsy Quilter), it will be donated through Quilts of Valor when I’m done with the binding.
It’s quilted with the pantograph Ebb and Flow, a favorite of mine for patriotic and *water* quilts and I used a backing sent to me by Tish. I know I’ve mentioned it before but having backings made for these HeartStrings quilts really helps and I appreciate Sheree, Tish, and Nancy making them for me!

What size backing do you usually use?
Nice pantograph design Mary! What size are most of the quilts, and how do you know what size backings you need? I like your new blog, but it’s just not as homey feeling as your previous one, at first I thought I in the wrong place. No Chesty!
Good grief! You haven’t wasted any time since you’ve been home have you? I especially like the baptist fan quilting, but I bet it takes a long time to do?
Mary, I like your new blog with the nice big and clear pictures. The Eb and Flow panto is perfect on the quilt…it quilted out so nice.
