Vacation!
Keith arrived yesterday afternoon – we walked around the Old Port area and had a great seafood dinner. After a good night sleep and a leisurely morning, we’re going to drive up the coast to Bar Harbor.
I can’t believe how many quilts were actually finished during the sew-in. Here are just a few (and I mean VERY few) of the quilts along with most of us — my new friend Ann disappeared at picture time!

OMG! You got to hang out with Mavie and Darlene and is that Cricket I see in the back row? Mavie and Darlene and I sew together a lot. I didn’t know you were coming their sewing retreat. I should have planned on going, but couldn’t arrange my work schedule to get there.
Very nice. I love the quilt that looks like a square on a square on a square design. It’s so random. Actually, they all look wonderful. What a great idea to have a sew in and how nice of you to take the time to go work with them. Enjoy your stay in Maine. It’s one of my favorite states.
Congratulations on a successful sew-in. It looks like you had a hard-working and productive crew. Nice job everyone!
Don’t they look great. What a accomplishment.

Mary,
Recently discovered your blog. Love it. Just finished back-reading it all.
Sometimes felt like I was spying – but isn’t that what blogs are for?
Thank you for your inspiration.
