A long day

Even after spending most the afternoon at the University with Chesty, I did manage to get quilts labeled and organized for mailing, mailing labels printed, a couple quilts washed, and even one quilted but now I’m ready for bed!

Pieced by Cheryl and quilted with the Leap Frog Pantograph by Norma Sharp.

I LOVE this quilt, the colours are wonderful – very simple but very effective. This one’s going to make a child (or adult!!) somewhere very happy.

  • That is one happy quilt!

  • very cute quilt and great quilting. Hope your little fluff will be ok. I am glad this didn’t happen while you were on one of your trips.

I’m thinking of Chesty and hoping the little dear is not in too much discomfort. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you both.
Beautiful colors on this quilt and I like that quilting pattern very much. My favorite is still the circle swirls(forget the name)

  • That’s a very cheery quilt. I’m sure whoever gets it will be uplifted by it’s cheeriness. I hope Chesty is doing better. The poor thing. I don’t like to see pets suffer.

That quilt is very pretty. Mary, I am so sorry to hear that your “baby” needs surgery. I wish you luck with him only needing the first treatment and not open surgery. Just want to let you know that I read your blog every day. I think it is so great all the work that you do for others. You do so much. It is an honor to know you! Bonnie in So. Texas.
