Chesty
Chesty’s surgery went well and I spoke to the Vet a little while ago. They were able to do a minimally invasive surgery to get the stones and we’ll be able to pick him up tonight between 7 – 8 PM. Now he’ll just need a couple weeks of good nursing care and he should be back to normal (hopefully).
I’ve got my Aunt’s quilt loaded and have the quilting started. I’m thrilled that I’m able to do a pantograph on this one — Mom wasn’t sure how large the tops would be (there are 2) and I was afraid that it would reach to the edges of my table but I have a few inches to spare.
I’m glad things went well. Here’s to a speedy recovery!

Hooray for Chesty, he’s such a cutie, I’m glad he’s not had to have too major surgery. I hope he’s soon back on his feet.

I’m glad Chesty was able to have the least invasive procedure. It’s hard when our babies are sick. Hope he’s following you up and down stairs in a few days. Also would you mind posting a picture of the stitch you use to hand stitch your bindings. I’ve been shown two ways. One allows the stitches to show, which I don’t like and the other is very slow, which I like even less. It might be that I’m just not use to this stitch but there must be a better way.
