More binding done
This top was pieced by Barbara in FL and sent to me to quilt and donate.
I pieced one of my off centered 4 patches for the back. The HeartStrings label is sewn right into the corner and covered on two sides with the binding.

You’ve been so productive while your husband was away. You must be exhausted now. All your work has been beautiful though.
That’s really pretty. The backing fabrics are perfect, and I like the way you attached the label — very tidy!
There is such a sense of accomplishment when you complete things you have planned. I spent some of the long Thanksgiving weekend sorting through old papers, quilt magazines (saving only the patterns I plan to make) and just eliminating a lot of clutter from my life. It feels liberating and like a weight has been lifted ~ I feel “free” … wierd, huh? LOL
So do you sleep? (j/k). The quilts are beautiful and I loved the panto you used on your aunts’ quilt/shams.
How’s little Chesty doing?
What is this quilt pattern? I’ve seen you quilt a few of them. I use your backing method a lot. Thanks.
You are a machine! I can’t believe how much you are getting done. Can I borrow some of your ambition???
I love the quilt..very bright and happy.
What a very productive weekend you have had. Kind of like your very own quilt retreat! How fun! Love the plumage panto, it is one of my favorites! How is Chesty feeling?
Wow, I haven’t caught up with your blog for a couple of days, but it looks like you’ve done a month’s work in that time! The quilts are all gorgeous, I love the orange ponies and you’ve done a fab job on your aunt’s big quilt too. Are you trying to get a heap of stuff finished before christmas???
What a beautiful cheery quilt!!
Like the off-center backing!
I finished the binding on two quilts today and have clipped about half of a twin sized rag quilt. Mid clipping I am saying “what was I thinking?” I made two: WOF strips, 11″ and 6″, so I am quilting them before clipping. Love that sense of accomplishment.
