Boxed Squares finished
December 17th, 2009 | Author: Mary
You can find instructions for making Boxed Squares on my MaryQuilts.com site. It’s quick and easy to make from 2 and 1/2 inch strips. I used a Jelly Roll for the first one and this one is from stash.

Books I’m reading

GREAT quilt! Kinda modern without being ‘over the top’. You always have good ideas. 8-)))
Lovely quilt!! I have always loved this pattern! Thanks for sharing!
Paulette
Love your color choices on this quilt!! Another great stash quilt!
I especially like the red accents. Beautiful
I love the little splash of red. Great job! Is that snow in the background? Brrrrr!
love this and the red added here and there is wonderful!
red binding I hope!
LOL
Love the color combination! I have a jelly roll sitting in my stash just waiting for a destiny. This may be the perfect thing to try. Thanks for the inspiration.
cute pattern! And I love the red accents scattered about.
I really love that quilt. Love the colors and especially the pop of red here and there.
Quick and Easy but my friend, the COLOR choices in this one really did it for me on this quilt. Just sayin’…
Those are my colors… if you don’t have a home for this top, you can send it my way!
Gorgeous top Mary! I’m going to use that pattern of use with a jelly roll I won from Mid Ohio Quilter. It’s Moda’s Christmas fabric from last year and the balance of lights to darks and mediums is quite good in this jelly roll. Thanks for all the wonderful ideas. Hugs, Finn
great colors! I wouldn’t have thought of the black white and GREEN! and the little touches of red are just right.
thanks for sharing!
Love those colors. And, they look great with the colors on your blog!
Oh, I do love those colors. I’ve been thinking of doing something in a mustard with black and white, so this would work so well. That little bit of red really sets it off nicely. I love how you are always coming up with new ideas.
Beautiful, Mary! I love the fabrics and colors, and green is not normally one of my favorites. I love it!
Very pretty! The colors are gorgeous!!
I like how this one turned out. I like how you are tracking your quilts too. I should set up something like that on my computer too. Any tips or advice on how you did it?
Adam is going to be sorry (he chose another quilt-haha thought I better clarify)! Gorgeous quilt.
I am so drawn to this quilt, not sure why… it pleases my eye. Nice job. I see olives!
