Happy 4th!
I had a pretty bad allergy attack today so I was kind of a slug but we did have a nice 4th in spite of it.
I quilted a top donated by Tish, worked on my socks, and we watched the fireworks from our deck with a glass of wine. Can you believe how good my flowers look in spite of our being gone 2 weeks?
In spite of the allergy attack, it sounds like a wonderful day of celebration and relaxation.
Ugh, my allergies/sinuses have been bad the past three or four days. The socks and quilting look great, and so do the fireworks. Welcome back to Minnesota!

Sounds like a great way to watch the fireworks! We sat out front and watched them going off all around us. I don’t know who was setting them off but it was nice to be able to just go inside after without fighting traffic! Our Lilly does not like the big bangs though – how about Chesty? Hope your allergies are better today.
