A little of this, a little of that

A little knitting – working on  my 5th pair of socks.

A little piecing – the rest of the Homespun HeartStrings blocks are completed and I’ve started assembling the top.

A little quilting – the first of 3 Quilt of Valor tops I want to get quilted this month. Pieced by Vicki and quilted with the pantograph Ebb and Flow.

I Love it. I have been doing the same thing A little bit of this and that I have been knitting baby caps for the hospital. And I am getting the Cathedral window quilt to the stage where I need it for when John goes to get his transplant. We are getting closer so I want it ready and put away for then. And I was counting my squares I have some striped and some crazy style.I have 200 blocks so lets see what I get done with those.

    Have fun.

  • I love the texture that pattern gives to the quilt.

This panto would be great for 2 quilts I have in process. Where did you buy it? Where do you purchase most of your pantos?

Perfect quilting for the colors in this quilt. It gives me the feeling of a flag rippling in the breeze. Great job!

  • Oh that looks beautiful!!

  • Pat:

    Well done Mary!

I love this quilt! Vicki did a great job. Of course I love the quilting– I bought the panto because of another quilt you showed with this design. Did Vicki just use red, white and blue in a string design?

  • What a lovely quilt, and a great photograph, too! Well done, Mary! :)

  • Jennifer:

That quilting pattern is perfect for that quilt. Reminds me of a flag blowing in the breeze! Nice. Jenn
