Have you considered finishing the binding by machine – very fast, and if a decorative stitch is used quite attractive. I have started doing this for the charity quilts I do – as they will probably get handled and washed a lot and the binding makes them that much stronger.

Picked up an iPad on the way home the other day. You inspired me. I know I am going to love it once I figure it all out!
If I lived in the US I’d say send them to me, I love binding, but I think the postage would be too much.
