More experimenting

I need a quilt that is a max size of 9×12 for AAQI so I’m starting with a sheet computer paper … Cutting off 4 borders first which leaves me the space to put my tree and house.

I pulled some fabric and we’ll see if I come up with anything that can actually be donated. I’m thinking I’ll probably end up with a few trial pieces before I get anything useable but that’s ok because one of my goals is to play more with embroidery so practice is good.

Wish me luck!

Also on today’s agenda is some binding and starting back I the assembly of the triangle blocks on the design wall.

Our guild had a program in January about Alzheimer Disease and the lady challenged us to make and donate little quilts through GSQA (Gulf States Quilting Association). I made one and so did two other people so far. Good luck with yours. 9 x 12 is small!!!
