First time

We’d never been snowmobiling before today but I loved it! I chose to ride with Keith rather than drive my own machine which gave me lots of time to sightsee and take photos.

I so prefer to be chauffeured when there is beautiful scenery. The only time I regretted that decision was on the bridge in San Diego and my husband was sightseeing as he drove and I was panicking. It was the perfect decision everywhere else. Great views and no worries about how we are going to get somewhere,

Riding or driving – both are lots of fun on a snowmobile. I grew up near the Minnesota River and had friends with snowmobiles and we would ride on trails through the woods along the river. Your scenery was much more spectacular!

I LOVED snowmobiling when we lived in SW CO but I HATE the cold and one pretty much goes with the other!! LOL So I guess I’d hafta settle for a quad if I was going to do that here in TX.

I grew up snowmobiling–let’s see, my first snowmobile was a 1966 Johnson. Not much power and heavy as heck, but we were so grateful to be able to get up into the mountains during the winter months, we were willing to put up with the persnickedy-ness of the machines. They are noisy but when you stop for a break and all the machines are quiet…..wow, such beauty. Enjoy your trip
