A better day

Chesty isn’t throwing up and his stitches are looking good so he’s having a better day but unfortunately he has some ongoing renal issues which will continue to challenge us.

I’m not looking for advice …. I have a healthcare background and he receives excellent veterinary care so I’m confident in my ability to make the best decisions about his care but I know there are many of you that are concerned about him so I thought I’d let you know how he’s doing.

We did spend time in the sewing room today …

Chesty is so cute and such a good companion for you. I hope he is feeling better soon. I hate it when my dog is laid low. It makes me feel so helpless.

Chesty is in good and loving hands … I never doubted that. Your quilt is VERY nice and love the way Chesty wore his matching cone 😉

I’m smiling over how Chesty’s “cone of shame” coordinates with the quilt. He may be under the weather, but he’s still stylish. He’s a lucky boy to have you to take care of him. I love this design and even have several yards of the boot fabric in my stash. Now I have to resist the urge to start a new quilt.

Just signed on to see how Chesty is doing and so glad he is better. I’m glad he is in such capable hands. I hope the issues are ones that can let him continue to have the great quality of life that he lives. Oh yeah…the matching thing, lol.

So good to read Chesty is doing better ~ hope his recovery continues with no more set backs! Love the blocks you put together. What size did you make them?
