Yesterday I loaded Chris’ wedding quilt on the longarm and started quilting it. It’s a scrappy red/beige double four patch – the reds were from Mom’s stash and the beiges from mine. I’m using a pantograph called Rhapsody – its the pantograph I decided not to use on the Butterfly quilt.
I washed and dried 4 of the 9 donation quilts that will go to both project Linus and the Ronald McDonald House this month.
I also shipped Mom’s 2 quilts back to her along with another quilt pattern and some books.
And finally, I had a wonderful 2 hour massage!
Today I’ll work some on Chris’ wedding quilt and do a 10 mile hike.
Mary,>Your yesterday made me tired!! I think I will go take a nap for you!!!
Your days make me tired. By the way I love that butterfly quilt.
I want some of what ever you’re on!!!! You’ve got to be feeling great… lots of check boxes checked off. I love the pantograph you picked out…I can’t wait to see a picture of what it looks like.>Melanie
I can’t believe you’re doing a 10 mile hike in this heat! You are so busy!! The Rhapsody panto is a fun one, huh? Can’t wait to see the quilt. Do we get to see it? Does Chris know what the quilt looks like?>>Judy L.
Busy, busy girl, Mary. Are you still planning on doing the three day walk? I know it is close to the wedding date.
A two hour massage?>>Did it leave you in a little melted puddle?
I like Rhapsody. It quilts up really nice. Don’t forget to post pictures when you can.>You’re so productive. Don’t know how you do it.
