Weight Loss Wednesday

Kind of discouraging, I’m back up a pound after my trip last week. I find it more difficult to get all my water in when I’m traveling too but I did try. I’m meeting my goal of exercise 4 days per week but it’s probably not enough.

Hope the rest of you are doing better than I did this week.

  1. Ah, no biggie! Dieting & Travelling don't mix well! I think you did great! It is easier to stick to a diet/routine while at home as you have access to your own kitchen, etc… going out to eat, or eating someone elses cooking makes it hard to control your meals 24/7! Be proud of yourself!!

  2. This first week of back to school is nuts so I haven’t been exercising like I was and I can feel it in the way my clothes fit. I am really finding that I cannot just do the little things that used to work about 5 years ago – I think this post 50 physiology needs a different approach.
