Weight-loss Wednesday

A little more slow, steady progress

  • lost 0.8 this week for a total of 9 lbs.
  • Did more walking this week – I’m trying to get out more as it’s better for my mental health when I don’t stay shut in all day.
  • A terrible job with the water again this week. I started off well but then slacked off again. I’m starting too late in the day to get the full 64 oz in and next week won’t be any better because we’re traveling.

  1. I did horrible. Good for you though. I didn’t make it to the treadmill once yet this week. A bunch of things going on and I allow the slightest thing to distract me…bad Dee, Bad. Tomorrow for sure!How wonderful that you’re going to Copenhagen. I know people who have been there and adore the place.

  2. Slow and steady is the way to go. You should be able to keep it off easier that way. Congratulations!I do the same thing with my water, start to late in the day and then I am up several times in the night! :~)
