Sad

Usually I don’t mind being home alone but Keith’s with the kids and it makes me sad to miss this time with my family.  Chris and Rae arrived Sunday the same as Keith.

Adam and Lindsey arrived today with Caleb and Bree.

I sent him with drawing and coloring supplies. He sent me a photo of Rae’s drawing saying she wished Gram and Finn were there too.

  1. I can only imagine how frustrating it is to not be with the family. Hopefully you can Skype or FaceTime with them. And plan for another family get-together when you can join them.

  2. And I can just imagine how sad they all are without you! But you’re being pro-active getting healthy, so hopefully you won’t miss any more get-togethers.

  3. Wonderful for you to receive photos of Rae, Caleb, & Bree enjoying the crayons and drawing supplies. It’s not the same as being with them, but it’s a close second. Sending a virtual hug your way. Soon, you’ll be able to enjoy visiting with everyone again.

  4. Hugs to you! I know they are missing you more. It will be soon and you can get together with them. Here’s hoping they send lots of pics.

  5. That is tough, but I don’t know where you are in treatment and do know that the choice was probably because of that. They all love you and the pictures are great. They want you to get healthy and then you can play and color and get lots of hugs. Sad is appropriate. Sorry you have to do this.

  6. That IS sad! I would not be happy missing time with my family. I hope you have another chance soon!
