Do you cook?

I don’t post much about cooking but I do cook. In the last couple years I’ve bought both an Air Fryer and an Instant Pot and I use both of them all the time!

I recently tried this recipe for the Instant Pot and it was good although I am going to tweak it a little the next time I make it. I’d like to add red onion which I use in one of my other pasta dishes but I’m still trying to avoid onion in my diet …. green onion however is OK so I’ll try that first … also, I use mozzarella in my bruschetta pasta dishes so I want to try that chopped up in small cubes in addition or maybe in place of the parmesan.

If you have an Instant Pot, or are interested in one, check out the link above and her other recipes … she just posted this one and I’m pretty sure I’m going to try it too.

  1. I don’t cook that much anymore. It’s difficult to prepare meals for myself without having lots of leftovers. I do make soup & stew in the winter because they freeze so well.

  2. Thanks for this post, reminding me I have an Instant Pot – my husband wants chicken soup tonight and it makes a great soup!

  3. I lust for an air fryer, but not sure how much I would use it. I cook all the time also.

  4. My daughter loves her instant pot. She likes to cook and this makes it so easy and quick to get supper on the table when they all get home from work/school/day care. I used to cook a lot more than I do lately. When it’s just the two of us around I might cook one night and then we eat leftovers for a couple of days. Plus my husband is a very picky eater so it has taken the fun out of trying new recipes.
