I should never take a quilt in progress off the design wall and I don’t even remember why I took this one down but I’d like to get the top assembled before the end of the year …
I need more blocks but I’m thinking I might do a border or two to finish it up quicker … we’ll see. For now, I’m piecing some blocks.

Isn’t it fun to get back to a forgotten project? I love the greens and browns, giving the hint of a tree without being too graphic!! I haven’t done too much with my Accuquilt. Do you find the Qubes are the most economical way to get started with some of the essential shapes?

I love your quilt especially the one given as a gift. The colors sing to me. I have 70+ scrappy Flock of Geese 12″ blocks left I made back around 2005. Each block having 2 large and 8 small triangles. 60 already have used in 3 quilts for Quilts of Valor. Don’t know what I was thinking. Pictures on my blog.
