In spite of being out all afternoon running errands in the rain… I did manage to get the butterfly top assembled. No borders for this one. I’m happy to have made progress on another UFO although this one won’t get quilted for a few years … the recipient has some growing to do!
It turned out lovely.
One question. Why not just go ahead ahead and quilt it now? You can still give it to Mo when she’s older, but at least it would be DONE!!
I can’t help but agree with TJQ. My first thought was, “What would your mother think about that?!?” What a joyful and beautiful top it is!
