Working hard

Mom went to work quickly … we’ve got one quilt in progress, fabric for 4 quick Strippies pulled, fabric for a runner pulled, and I’ve started to load the first top on the longarm for quilting.

Mom was telling me that my Aunt was looking to make a quick quilt so Mom told her about my quick Strippie quilts and she made one … isn’t this cute?!

You can find instructions for my Quick Strippie on my website.

  1. Boy, she gets right to work!! Good for her, she’s amazing! Love that cute print on the Strippie quilt. It’s so happy!!

  2. Wow, you two are amazing! Love seeing your mom back sewing with you — and her lovely smile!!

  3. Your mom looks great! My Strippy quilt is waiting for me to have stitches from Carpal Tunnel Surgery removed tomorrow. I quilted it in horizontal rows but need to bind it now. This quilt pattern is going to be my Go To for baby and toddler quilts.

  4. Hi Mary! I see you have cracked the whip. No rest for the weary – get to work, Mom. I love it and I love your aunt’s version of the Strippie. Enjoy! I know you two are having a great time. ~smile~ Roseanne

  5. Boy howdy… no grass growing under you girls’ feet… LOL! You are on a roll & lucky us… we get the tag along vicariously. I really do appreciate you showing us all your goodies… they’re inspiring me while I wrestle with a case of acute bronchitis & can’t sew. Keep’em coming! And you two gals keep having a blast!
