It’s Gasparilla season in Tampa and we had lots of fun today at the Children’s Parade. It’s along Bayshore Blvd, just a block from the house so we go back and forth all day, enjoying the festivities and taking breaks to sit on the porch. Chris, Rae and Keith’s nephews joined us today for the parade and fireworks.

Becky and Mo stayed home this trip but Becky sent me a photo of Mo wearing one of the hats I knit for her just before they headed out for the day! She’s so cute!

I’m so happy you are feeling so much better!!! Rae is certainly a strong little girl to be wearing all those beads — the perfect little pirate girl. And yes, Mo is SO cute!! Those girls are always smiling! Actually, Caleb and Bree are always smiling too!!
Your family connections are so wonderful. There is joy shared, love given and experiencing the world together. Hope it stays that close forever.
Gasparilla does sound like lots of fun. And those little girls are definitely cuties!! So glad you get to share this event with loved ones.
Sounds like a lot of fun and a great day. Everyone looks very happy! Glad you are feeling better!
What a fun filled day!
Hi Mary! Mo is so darn cute and her baby is almost bigger than her! I’ve never heard of Gasparilla before but it sure does look like a fun event. It is obvious everyone had a fabulous time! ~smile~ Roseanne
Don’t you just love these kind of events that focus on the kids! They are so much fun to watch as they really get into it. Look at those beads!! Mo is a doll!
