Assembled

I had some time to sew today but I’ll be busy tomorrow getting ready to leave on Saturday so I decided to piece another Quick Strippie. I have SO much quilting to do when I get home … Stephanie from my HeartStrings group is getting ready for a quilting marathon so I’m going to join in starting Monday and I’ll try to get 10 tops quilted before we come back mid June.

  1. Cute fabric!! You are ambitious and I have no doubt you will get those quilts done. I finally finished a hard quilt I have been working on for almost 2 years. I felt like celebrating!! LOL

  2. As always, I love the new strippie! I always love seeing what you choose for your focal fabrics. Stay safe on your journey back to Tampa!

  3. Cute and you will need a marathon to finish up all the tops you have done! Please try to be safe on your trip and have fun along the way. Maybe an oldies sing along or a good audio book!

  4. Love your new Quick Strippie especially the focus fabric! I have used that pattern so often, and it always makes such a cute quilt. Thanks for sharing and have a safe trip!

  5. Cute strippie! You can totally get 10 tops quilted in 3 weeks! I don’t know if you’ve done this…..I make backings wide enough to quilt 2 kiddo quilts side by side. It’s wonderful doing a single pass/advance on 2 at time!

Happy packing and safe travels to you and Keith! Oh, and Happy Mother’s Day 🙂

  6. How do you keep your strips straight when cutting
Mine are pulling when l get to the end of my strip
    Then they are not straight
    Thank you
