It feels so good to be outside and moving! We packed a lunch and biked to Davis Island. 10.24 miles roundtrip. Not sure if I’ll get any sewing done today but I did pull some scraps to use for the yellow Rainbow HeartStrings blocks I want to get made in the next few days.
Get out in all that fresh air and enjoy! You can always work on quilts / blocks when it’s dark outside!
Congratulations on what used to be a beautiful bike riding path. Haven’t been since before my sister in law moved but it was interesting back then. I loved the areas they had improved. Hope you guys had great fun.
Looks like it was a beautiful day. We had a really nice afternoon with sunshine finally. I planted my flower pots for the back deck and front porch. But the pollen must be high today as my allergies are telling me.
Looks like a wonderful day for a bike ride. You deserved a nice change and a day off from all the sewing you have been doing.
