I set a goal of working more with my scraps and strings this year and I’m doing a pretty good job with that. I dug into my green and neutral scraps for this tumbler pieced in January. Quilted with the Blowing Leaves pantograph and with the edges left irregular… I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. I always get questions about whether I use bias binding on these and the answer is no. I use binding strips cut width of fabric and don’t have any problems zigging in and out on those sides.

What size are your tumblers and how many rows did you use? Also what size did it finish at? I have the medium size Accqu-Quilt die and wondering how many tumblers I would need to make one this size.
Use ALL the greens… LOVE!!!
So cute and although green is not a favorite of mine, this turned out really nice!!
love it
