The house is officially listed as of today and we’re getting ready to head out. We’ll stay in a local hotel to be out of the way during these first few days and run back as needed. It will just be easier with Finn since there will be so much activity.
My sewing room has never looked so neat! I wanted to sew yesterday but I just couldn’t face the idea of dragging everything out and then having to put it all away again so I settled for some knitting time. We’ll see how things go through Saturday and if we end up with a contract on the house as quick as the realtor thinks we will, I will sew some next week. If we don’t and it looks like there’s going to be a lot of coming and going … I’m going to run away with Finn to Big Canoe. So either way, I should be able to sew some.

Hope you sale goes as fast as our DIL’s house….sold after 8 hours on the market for the full asking price. I’m sad she’s moving our grandkids further away, but happy she’s ready to move on with life. Our son’s sudden passing was a staggering blow to all of us.
