We have a signed contract on the house. We could have dragged it out longer with some back and forth between buyers but we accepted a good offer with good terms so assuming everything goes OK with the Association approval process and the inspection, we’ll close on June 30. I’ve let the process stress me way too much and while I thought these few days would be a mini vacation, I’ll be glad to get home. Finn has enjoyed the walks in the park across from the hotel.
…and we had pretty sunset views from the room but I couldn’t find a comfy knitting chair in the whole hotel!
Wow, that was fast! Congratulations! Hopefully you can get back home and do a little sewing to help relax you.
