We’re getting a new sofa and loveseat for the living room and Adam wanted the set that was here so he brought a UHaul truck and asked Chris to meet him here to help load it. Before they headed home, we all had lunch by the lake. It was another gorgeous day so I got in a 2 mile hike after lunch.
My smile and shirt says it all – Life is Good!

Looks like a lovely day, Mary. Glad you could spend part of it with your boys!
Love it when there is enough life left in something to hand it down to the kids. Your set looked practically new so hopefully it works well for Adam. 2 miles. I stayed in because of the weather forecast for the third time in a week it was wrong.
Posts like this say to me that this was such the right move for you!!
Mary, I’ve followed your blog for a couple of years (fellow Innova owner) and enjoy seeing your creations. This short post hit me in a different place. Your words and smile are so full of contentment. Although we’ve never met, I’m so happy for you.
It’s important to celebrate the ordinary — life IS good.
