For some reason it felt like the weekend … I had a massage and went for a hike this afternoon but I did manage to make some string blocks. Hopefully, I can get the 35 I’ll need for this quilt made before Monday when it will be time to start quilting again.
This will be one of our Rainbow HeartStrings quilts and I will sash it and use bright cornerstones.

I looked at your instructions for the rainbow blocks and they are so pretty, sashed and not sashed. I finally went to Joann’s yesterday and bought my interfacing to use instead of muslin. I will try it sometime this week.

My days were totally off because we picked up the kids on Thursday so it felt like Saturday all day Friday. And I kept thinking yesterday was Sunday. String blocks always become happy, cheerful quilts. My scraps are overflowing again so maybe it’s time to dig in a make more string blocks in between other projects.
