This morning, I attended a fundraising event with Keith … a pickleball/tennis event. I watched, he played! At one point I did walk over to the playfield and did a few laps to warm up after standing around and watching several games.

Beautiful quilt and someonecwill have a special reminder of the love shared with them.
Hope the movement helped more than it hurt and that things are progressing away for the sharp breathtaking twinges.
