I finished Hat #12 tonight – Gloria’s Knit Beanie found free on the Knots of Love site at this link. This is the first time I’ve made this hat but I will definitely be knitting it again.
I had more stitches than normal on my needles after knitting the crown decreases so I did another round of knit stitches and then a round of knit 2 together. Which made a nice top – I typically don’t like a lot of fullness in the top that comes from having a lot of stitches to weave the yarn through at the end.

Hat making season is one of my favorite! I haven’t knit in ages, but I just LOVE seeing your new hat every day!!
This is a very nice looking hat. Not being a knitter I have no idea why but it appears to be just a touch more even and aligned.
