Several people have asked to see a photo of this whole quilt – it’s so big that this is the first chance I’ve had to snap one. Today I got it trimmed and tomorrow I’ll get the binding on for Mom to hand stitch down. Brief instructions can be found on the website at this link – there are a couple options for a smaller quilt too.

It is beautiful and the love that went into making it shows.
You must be a better piecer than I am, Mary. I don’t think my quilts are ever quite that flat!
It’s just gorgeous! Everything about it is perfect.
Just beautiful! It lies so perfectly! No wonky edges like mine get!
It’s a beauty! Your sister will love it.
The quilt is beautiful. I’ve never made a quilt that big before. Your sister is receiving an heirloom.
It’s a really pretty quilt! Marueen will love it.
Fabulous quilt definitely a family heirloom
Sometimes uncomplicated can be the best design. (But you’ve given me an idea for a collection of HSTs that I’ve had in a box….)
It’s gorgeous! I love to hand stitch the binding down. But I hate to “wrestle” the quilt as I machine stitch the binding down before the oh-so-satisfying hand stitching part. 🙂
