  1. Nice looking hat, Mary! Your practiced hands hold smooth tension and do beautiful work. Since you love creating, I’m rejoicing with you that there are plenty of hats, scarves, and blocks that you can fashion and books to listen to while waiting for your surgery, & during recovery.

  2. Love it and this is a pattern I do not have! And since my son’s name is David, I need to make this! Thanks again Mary!

  3. Can I ask what yarn you used. Since I am knitting hats for Locks of love. I use the medium weight (4) and was wondering if that weight would work with this hat. Still using the 5 & 6 needles.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

    Your work is beautiful!

  4. Hey, Mary, this looks like a fun hat! I’m going to pair up with a friend to do a knit along. What yarn did you use? Did you make any other adjustments?

    • Mary, I’m glad I’m not the only one who ask you these questions. I am almost finished with mine and it is a different hat and when your doing them for a good cause it’s nice to find some new ones to do.
