My surgery was done on Thursday and I didn’t feel half bad … they used a local anesthetic that made me think the pain wasn’t going to be as bad as I expected…
I was discharged and got home late afternoon on Friday and went straight to bed to rest. Finn was glad to have me home!
The pain is worse today and I have a sore throat and some congestion but I’m going to sit up and knit a while … and later today I’ll do a COVID test just to make sure I didn’t catch a bug 🐜 in the hospital. The sore throat could certainly be from being intubated.
