Thanks for all the well wishes … I appreciate everyone’s concern and I’m going to try to not let it get me down … after all I’m still in Maine and at least with the boot I can get out and about some.
Finn will keep me company and I’ve got my knitting and crochet to keep me busy while Keith is working!

Mary, I was so sorry to hear about your mishap. I hope the rest of your vacation will go well and you get the medical help you need. I am glad you have Finn to keep you company. And I love the quilt he is laying on! I made one of those several years ago. I should get it out now for the colder weather!
Finn is very good at keeping you company. Just have the best trip possible and don’t be a whiner like me.
What a great pic of Finn. Such a cutie.

Oh Mary, no! Not on vacation- but I can’t imagine a cuter companion. Here’s to swift healing- maybe another lobster roll will help???
I’m sorry about your poor ankle! But I’m glad you’re able to get by with a boot instead of a non-weight-bearing cast. You can still get out to enjoy more lobster rolls. Sending you a hug!
Mary, I’m so sorry it’s happened again. Hope you can enjoy the rest of your trip and a few more magic lobster rolls. I often wonder what people who don’t read or work with their hands like we do would do in a situation like this. It would make me crazy if I didn’t have sewing, knitting or crochet to keep me busy! Praying for quick healing for you!
At least you have Keoth as your driver!
