The local library is just about a mile from the cottage so Keith drove me there and picked me up after a few hours.
The “boot” enables me to be out and about even if I can’t drive and luckily Keith doesn’t seem to mind being my chauffeur.

I’ve never used a fan chart. Is it better/easier than a linear chart?
I’m glad you can get around pretty well with that boot, and that Keith will be your driver. I know I won’t be able to drive as quickly after today’s hip replacement as I did with the first one. This one is the right leg, so I’ll be at the mercy of my husband if I want to go anywhere.
It can be tough to rely on others to drive. I always struggle when I have procedures that require a driver. Recently one of my neighbors was my driver, but I don’t like to impose.
loved that library….was about 2 miles from where we lived…nicely laid out…
I am happy that Keith is so accommodating, I know that my husband would be too.
