I did get a couple hours downstairs today and got a good start on a new top. This one is from a Connecting Threads kit and I’m actually making the pattern in the kit. A lot of times I just use the fabric and make something else.
Thanks for all the good wishes for Keith’s recovery. It’s going to be tough wearing that sling on his RIGHT arm for 4 weeks. It limits what he can do including driving, and it can be very hard to get comfortable especially to sleep. He’s sleeping in a recliner but I can’t imagine how hard that will be for 4 weeks!
We did get out today for a nice lunch by the lake and a walk to stretch our legs! Keith feels cooped up if he doesn’t get out of the house so I see a lot more outings than usual for me in the next few weeks.
