Today was a good day – I got downstairs for a few hours.
First up – I trimmed a quilt and got another one loaded on the longarm ready to quilt.
Then I wove the ends in this Linen Stitch blanket. I use a pattern that came with a kit I bought years ago but but you can find free instructions for a similar blanket at this link. The Linen Stitch is my favorite stitch to use with the Mandala Ombré yarn.
After finishing the blanket, I got a binding sewn on the quilt and it’s ready for me to hand stitch down – maybe tomorrow.
Then I pulled out some hats to donate at the Oncologist office for other chemo patients. I’ll deliver them Friday.
I also finally made a start on assembling the Bento Box blocks – two rows assembled and sewn together. Hopefully more will be done on that tomorrow too.
Finally, I spent some time knitting and started the decreases on the current hat.
A GOOD day and this evening I’ll crochet while we watch the Bolts play.
