I didn’t think I’d get downstairs tonight because the Bolts were playing … unfortunately losing another game. Not a good start to the season with 2 loses in the first 2 games.
Anyway I had a small top loaded on the longarm and ready to go so I decided I’d head down after the game and get it quilted.
This is one of at least a couple hundred tops that Valerie in Maine has sent to our HeartStrings group to finish and donate. Most of them are small baby sized but some members of our group are adding to them to make them a little larger for some of the organizations they donate to. I will probably quilt some as they are and enlarge some too. Can you see the hearts? Pantograph is Dear Heart.
It can be hard to see the quilting on our string quilts but it shows up well on the back of this one.
I also cast on another hat while we watched the Lightning game.
