Mom’s been busy and sent 8 more doll/bear quilts with Kevin for me to donate.

And since I just happened to be in Dollar General to buy some dog food for Finn, look what jumped in my cart. The stuffed animals were $5 and the Cabbage Patch dolls were $10.

I’d found a couple of plush dinosaurs there in the past but this time they had a variety of stuffed animals – they’re really soft and cuddly and they’ll go great with the little quilts. It‘s nice to have a variety of different dolls/bears/animals to pair up with the quilts to donate.
That bunny on the left says it’s scented and usually I’d avoid that but I’m really sensitive to scents and I didn’t smell anything so in the basket it went with the others.
I’m so lucky that Mom has joined me in this donation project – she has made 24 little quilts so far in the last 6+ months.
Beautiful bunch of quilts!
Your mom made some cute quilts, someone is going to love them.
Your Mom made another great batch of quilts to go with the stuffed toys you found, Mary!
Beautiful cute quilts love the soft toys to accompany them
Both you and your mom are awesome! Very inspiring, both of you.
All those little doll quilts are so cute, and will be loved with the dolls or stuffies they kids receive. I’m sure your mom has enjoyed making them.
Go Mom! Love the quilts and the toys will be a great addition.
So sweet that your mom continues to sew. You two make a great pair.
What a cute idea. Where do you donate them?
