A quick overnight trip to Newport News. After I arrived, I went to the cemetery to visit Dad and Lisa.
Sat on my bench for a little bit and just spent some time thinking of them both and how one day Keith and I are going to join them there.
Tomorrow I’m meeting my friend Rita for lunch and then I’ll head back to Harrisonburg.

Right now ., I can barely think still suffering from a yucky virus from traveling. A fellow traveler shared unknowing on our trip. After a week of unhappiness someone said it is this 2 week viruss. We got hit hard. I am so sorry fellow travelers I might og infected Ted thinking it was just a cold.
