OK, the blocks are done now onto to the borders.
I also have to decide if I’m going to do any quilting between the blocks. For now I’m not planning to – we’ll see what I think when the rest of the quilting is done.

I like the corner leaves! They look teasingly like fall. Especially when a leaf has both green and red/orange thread in it. 🙂>>I never thought of printing out color-free blocks to come up with a quilting pattern. I would just always use my finger on the quilt top and hoped it had come out like I thought it would. 🙂

looking good. Do a butterfly in the center of the square in the square…it’ll tie in with the butterfies in the border. Your idea for the single leaf line dancing in the 4-patch is perfect.>>See, this is fun, huh???
