  1. Sounds like a wonderful, rejuvenating kind of day! My husband came up with a mac and cheese recipe once out of necessity. We call it mexi-mac and cheese. Change the cheese to tillamook pepper jack and add chopped jalepeno and mexican style stewed tomatoes…my favorite mac and cheese. Yum!
