My Disappearing 9 Patch from Charms has been assembled. It’s late and dark in my sewing room so the photo isn’t the best but I do really like how this one looks in person.

I’m late to jump on the Disappearing 9 Patch bandwagon but I liked the process and will be using it again. Since I used the technique but not a specific pattern for my quilt, I wrote up some quilt notes for next time because I’ll definitely be doing this one again… probably using 5 inch squares from scraps where I placed the Charm Squares in this one.
Quilt size – 54 x 67.5
Block size is 13.5 inches finished (14 inches with seam allowances)
Blocks are set 4 x 5
Squares for the 9 patches are cut 5 inches
Fabric requirements:
2 charm packs or (80) 5 inch squares
1.5 yards of background fabric
1 yard for center squares and binding
A really nice quilt. The orange gave it a nice pop.
Yup! The colors and arrangement made a great combo. Welcome to the D9P club!
The neutral background is really the winner here. It makes the colors pop.
This is so pretty! A neutral background makes the blocks stand out. Thank you for sharing!
That turned out really pretty!
Great colors! I love the way it looks.
