Assembled

Once again, I appreciate the support you all shared yesterday after my update. It feels a little awkward to post such personal information but I can’t/don’t want to pretend it’s not happening so I try to find the right balance. And speaking of balance … there was sewing today!

I started piecing these Town Square blocks together this afternoon and when I was done, decided to go ahead and assemble this one. Feels good to make some progress.

Such a cute print! I love finding fun novelty prints for kid’s donation quilts. Town Square is a Fabric Cafe pattern although I don’t add the small borders they use.

  4. Please don’t feel awkward about Sharing your journey through breast cancer. At the very start of this you reminded me of the importance of regular screening so I stopped procrastinating, made an appointment and went.
