I knew I wanted to dig into the leftover novelty fabric bin so when I got home from my appointment this afternoon, Finn and I went downstairs to work for a bit.
I found an “L” shaped piece of jungle fabric and this is the little quilt top that I made from it .

Some lucky child will love that. What size do you make your quilts?
Wow. I need your imagination.
That turned out so cute with a little tricky cutting.
You did what quilters have done since time began – you used what you had to the best advantage to make an adorable quilt for a little one. The young child who receives it is going to LOVE it! How wonderful!
Lovely! Always so satisfying to use leftovers and this one looks wonderful
That’s really cool. Great to use up that scrap, I should try that.
Very cute!!
Lovely! I had a small same fabric years ago. I made some aprons for my grand when they were small. This fabric was used for the pockets. Creative use of a scrap!!
I just pulled that same fabric from my stash…now I know what to do with it!
Very creative!!!!
What a great use of leftovers, Mary!
