After Keith and Finn went to bed last night I loaded another quilt on the longarm and pulled some coordinating fabrics for her novelty prints to cut some kits for Mom. Some Strippies and little critter quilts – I’ll get cutting next week.
This afternoon, I got the Space Rails top quilted. I’m finding it much easier to motivate myself to get one quilted if it’s already been loaded so this is working for me.

I can totally see why it would be easier to face an already loaded longarm than have to wrestle the three layers before quilting can begin. Congrats on getting another one quilted and I’m sure you are happy to have a plan in place for the coming week, Mary. Enjoy your weekend!
