This is a website with free hat patterns that I have used over the last several years. I make an annual donation to them in appreciation for their patterns and I donate many hats each year but I haven’t sent any hats to them.

I just got an email about their annual Veteran hat drive and that reminded me that hat knitting season is almost here … that’s every Fall for me!

I’m going to take my current afghan in progress with me to VA but when I get back I’m going to get started on the hats!!
