I finished up the binding on the Framed 9 Patch this evening – I think this one is really cute and will make a great donation quilt. I’ve got some brief instructions on the website at this link.

Mom and I started off the day with a blueberry pancake brunch – it was yummy as you can see from Mom’s empty plate!

We then went back to her house and I helped her by cutting some batting to size for some Strippies and Little Quilts. After we visited a while, I headed out to run some errands … before the last stop for groceries, I decided to grab an early dinner.
I don’t have favorite places here yet … but I saw there was a Panda Express near the grocery store so that’s where I stopped. I like their orange chicken.

And their fortune cookies seem to know me …

Now, I’m going to do some hand quilting on a little quilt and then work on my crochet blanket.
I went back to see how to make this Quilt and saw that I had told you how pretty your patterns were on January 25, 2019. so today I’m telling you I really like this one too.
I am glad you are having a good trip with your Mom.
You are both great givers!
Your framed 9 patch is really neat. Thanks for letting us know how you did it. Glad you and your mom are getting to do so many things together.
Yup, they know you. Love the quilt and I love that and your mom have a special place to go and share breakfast. Blueberry pancakes together is a great thing to share and her smile says she thinks so too. May the rest of the week bring lots more smiles.
Brunch with your mom sounds awesome. She has the best smile!
Your mom is so cute. She looks so happy.
